About Mooloolaba Paddlers Inc

Mooloolaba Paddlers Inc was formed in 2013 and is a paddling group created for people who train and socialise together. The Mooloolaba Paddlers group is purely a paddling group setup for any one who loves paddling surf skis, and ocean skis on the Sunshine Coast.

Our Objectives

To provide the facilities, expertise and experience to enable those interested in paddling to enjoy the sport in the company of like-minded people. We aim to foster the growth and development of paddling on the Sunshine Coast area in rivers and on the ocean, with emphasis of meeting the needs and interests of likeminded paddler’s people. We will encourage club members to improve and develop their paddling skills in whatever area of paddle sports they are interested in, the main aim being the enjoyment of paddling watercraft. When asked to do so, and where possible, we will make our facilities and expertise available to the local community through training/fun events. 

Active Paddlers Membership

Mooloolaba Paddlers Inc Active Membership is $30 per year starting 1 May - 30th April. Your membership goes towards the administration cost of running the club and liability insurance. The cost is kept low so that it encourages member to get involved in paddling.

All training sessions are free to club members and we have a variety of coaches who are more than willing to help you improve as you go. 

We regularly hold events to help you improve your paddling, and your fitness. 

Club meets are held on the first Saturday of every month,

We also have Learn to Paddle sessions on Sundays at 7am where we supply all the equipment for a small fee of $20 these are held regularly and are by booking only.

Social Paddlers Membership

Mooloolaba Paddlers Inc also have a Social Paddlers membership which is for who would like to be apart of the Paddle Club but do not paddle.Social Membership is $10 per year starting 1 May - 30th April.

Storage spots are made available to members only " you must be a member first to apply for storage" Membership cost are $30 per year starting on 1 May - 30 April. Due to the limited amount of storage (160 ski's) the current committee will determine who will be eligible for a spot. Our goal is to provide everyone with storage and hopefully there will be enough spots available..

PLEASE NOTE:

Storage is at the members own risk and any damage or theft is not covered by Mooloolaba Paddlers Inc if you have any doubts please make sure you lock up your ski and put in a cover if you have one.

Storage Period

Storage for current members that already have a spot Starts 1 May - 30 April each year at the cost of $180

New Members Storage starts from the date of purchase until the 30 April  at $15 for each month (NOTE: this option is only for new members)
